Hello and welcome. I am Nicola Lilley, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist dedicated to providing support and guidance through challenging times. My approach is tailored to meet your individual needs, at a pace that suits you, whether you are looking for short or long term therapy, I will help you to explore issues, while feeling supported during difficult times. Together, we can work towards your personal growth and well-being.

Counselling can help with a wide range of mental health issues many issues including -

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Work stress and stress management

  • Relationship and family issues

  • Parenting challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Traumatic experiences

  • Addiction and substance abuse

  • Emotional problems

Counselling can help us gain a deeper understanding of our problems, process difficult experiences and develop healthier coping mechanisms, resolve issues, improve relationships and increase overall satisfaction of life.

Based in our beautiful Suffolk countryside, where I live with my family and our little dog, Ruby.
My counselling journey began through my own life experiences and navigating the challenges of growing up, relationships, loss, and parenthood. These experiences have shaped my understanding that life can be difficult at times, and we do not always have the tools to manage what comes our way.
I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to seek therapy myself, and it's through that journey that I found my passion for helping others. As a Counsellor, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we can explore whatever is happening in your life and work towards finding clarity, understanding and a sense of balance.

Pathways to Healing

Experience compassionate therapy tailored for you. I provide a safe space for growth through professional counselling designed to meet your unique needs.

Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional counselling with the benefits of movement and nature. Sessions take place outdoors, offering a relaxed, informal setting that can help clients open up more easily.

Walking side-by-side can reduce anxiety, boost mood, and encourage clearer thinking. The natural environment supports mindfulness, emotional release, and a sense of calm. It’s ideal for clients who feel more comfortable outside an office or who find movement helps them process thoughts and emotions.

This approach promotes both mental and physical wellbeing, helping clients move forward, literally and emotionally.

Please use the contact form for more details.

Therapy. Healing. Growth.
